Victor Sosanya
Victor is an international keynote speaker and corporate trainer. An ex investment banker who transitioned into learning and development, he brings global experience from delivering training and facilitation across the UK, US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He has led high impact programmes for early career cohorts and senior professionals, working with global corporates, financial institutions and public sector organisations. Victor also holds a postgraduate qualification in Entrepreneurship from Cambridge Judge Business School.
As founder of the Valuable Community, he helps early career professionals grow through workshops and multi day retreats where they engage in honest conversations, practical guidance and meaningful connections with inspiring leaders.
